Het Coronavirus. Hoe graag we ook willen, we kunnen er niet omheen. De reden hiervoor is dat zowel LEGO House als LEGOLAND Billund de seizoensopening hebben uitgesteld. Dit bericht is belangrijk als jij tot eind mei een vakantie/bezoek hebt gepland en al tickets hebt bemachtigd of een reservering hebt geplaatst.
LEGO House – LEGOLAND Billund later open door COVID-19
Update 2: LEGO House zal vanaf 22 juni weer haar deuren openen. LEGOLAND Billund opent op 8 juni weer haar deuren.
Update 1: de opening van zowel LEGOLAND Billund als LEGO House is uitgesteld naar 24 april. De onderstaande maatregelen en vergoedingen zijn nog steeds van toepassing.
Originele bericht: Door nieuwe aanbevelingen van de Deense overheid met betrekking tot de Corona-pandemie, hebben LEGO House en LEGOLAND Billund de seizoensopening naar latere data verplaatst. LEGOLAND Billund opent op z’n vroegst pas op 4 april, LEGO House is voorlopig vanaf 29 maart weer te bezoeken. Wie kaartjes heeft gekocht voor LEGO House die voor 29 maart geldig zijn, kan contact opnemen om geld terug te krijgen. Kaartjes die geldig zijn na 29 maart worden niet vergoed. LEGOLAND Billund zal contact opnemen met hun gasten omtrent het uitstel.

The safety of our guests and employees is a top priority for us at LEGOLAND and we follow the development of the corona virus very closely. Due to the government’s new recommendations, the opening of LEGOLAND will be postponed to April 4 . In the next few days we will contact guests who have booked a stay at Hotel LEGOLAND by April 4th. All LEGOLAND tickets purchased for March 28 or 29 are valid on every opening day from the season opening until June 30, 2020.
LEGO House
Based on the Danish authorities’ announcement of the closure of Denmark, LEGO House is unfortunately closed until Sunday 29 March 2020. We are concerned about the situation and very sad to have to disappoint all of you who were looking forward to enjoying the world’s best play date.
If you have purchased a ticket for LEGO House from now until Sunday, March 29, 2020, please feel free to contact us via info@LEGOHouse.com where we will help with refunding your ticket. If your ticket is valid after March 29, 2020, we would like to move to another date, but the ticket is non-refundable for the time being.
Since we are in contact with many guests, we ask you to have patience if you experience delay in our replies.
