De release is 7 augustus voor de Engelstalige editie, het boek in de Nederlandse vertaling zal op een later moment verschijnen. In het boek zitten LEGO steentjes en een Minifigure (nog onbekend welke) inbegrepen om het verhaal te kunnen spelen, ideaal voor kinderen en voor volwassenen die graag LEGO Boeken of alles van LEGO Ninjago verzamelen. De prijs ligt voor de Engelstalige versie rond de $22.
